Our service fee of 79 – 99 EUR covers professional travel and immigration assistance to help individuals and organizations obtain required travel authorizations and documents. This fee is in addition to the official government fee (for example, 21 USD for certain authorizations).
Our services include continuous support, updates about your application status, assistance with form submission, and communication of results via email or other communication channels.
Personal information collected on our website may include your name, date and place of birth, passport details (number, issue/expiry dates, type), contact information, payment details, IP address, cookies and connection logs. This data is securely stored and processed according to our Privacy Policy, which you are encouraged to review.
The applicant must not provide false or misleading information, omit required details, or attempt to manipulate the registration or submission process. If any such activity occurs, GO VISA TRIP LTD reserves the right to cancel or delete the applicant’s data without notice.

Our responsibility and objective are limited to receipt, management, assistance and support in the visa and travel document process and do not extend to the decisions of the relevant governmental authority regarding the final outcome of the application.
Our team provides services such as a detailed check of all answers provided, translation of information when required, assistance when completing the form, completeness checks, and grammar review. However, we do not issue visas and cannot guarantee approval.
Governmental authorities may request additional documentation. If additional documentation is requested, we will notify you and request that you provide those documents. You agree to provide such documentation within the timeframe stipulated by the authority.
Failure to provide required documentation within the requested timeframe may result in expiration or cancellation of your application without the possibility of a refund if the failure is attributable to the applicant.
Fees include our service charge of 79 – 99 EUR (depending on the service), the applicable government fee, and any courier or delivery fees which are the responsibility of the customer. All fees are non-refundable once the application process begins.
If your visa application is rejected by the government, GovTrip.com may refund only the portion corresponding to government charges, excluding our management and service fees, unless otherwise explicitly stated.
Before making a payment you will have the opportunity to review and confirm all application details. It is your responsibility to correct any errors before proceeding with payment.
By contracting our services you accept these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that payments made through GovTrip.com are processed by our Merchant of Record / authorized payment partner. This payment partner assumes administrative responsibilities related to processing payments, taxes, compliance risk, refund requests, and disputes.
The Merchant of Record ensures that all digital transactions are encrypted and protected by security systems and are performed in compliance with applicable regulations.
The decision to issue a visa rests solely with the issuing authority. We cannot guarantee that a visa will be granted or granted within a specific timeframe. Fees paid to our company are for processing, management, assistance and support and are not payment for any visa issuance.
GO VISA TRIP LTD is not liable for delays, rejections, or additional costs caused by government authorities. We are not responsible for costs related to travel bookings, penalties or other expenses incurred before the visa is officially granted.
We will not be responsible for errors, omissions or delays attributable to third parties such as transport or courier companies; any disputes with third parties must be settled directly with those third parties.
The refusal of entry at border control or by immigration authorities is possible even with appropriate documents; such decisions are the final responsibility of those authorities.
For applications processed by GO VISA TRIP LTD (Canada, USA, United Kingdom, Australia), these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
For applications processed by CERTIVISA SARL (Saudi Arabia, Emirates, Sénégal, Egypt), these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Marrakech, Morocco.
GO VISA TRIP LTD is not responsible for errors, omissions, or delays caused by third-party service providers (e.g., courier or logistics companies). In case of problems with a third party, the applicant must contact that third party directly.
This website and our services comply with applicable European regulations and data protection laws (including GDPR where applicable). We strive to ensure transparency, security and compliance in all our operations.
